A free 15 minute consultation to discuss what divorce coaching is, my style and what you are looking to achieve.
A 2 hour session to understand your story and agree how divorce coaching can get you to where you want to be.
5 x 90 minute one to one coaching sessions
2 x 20 minute SOS calls
SOS calls are for those inevitable times when you need to talk to somebody right away.

You may decide that having completed the programme, you need more sessions. These are available for 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
Occasionally, a full programme is not what you need. If there is a specific aspect of your divorce that you would like to explore you could book a stand alone session. These sessions last for 2 hours.
If you and your spouse are genuinely interested in achieving an amicable divorce or separation, coaching as a couple can help you to actively listen to each other and meet your goals by offering unbiased mediation. Give me a call to discuss.
